We had the privilege of getting to speak with Addie Hakim, owner and founder of The Health Club.
“We found ClubReady after a poor experience, unfortunately,” said Hakim. “We were with the other provider for about two months, and it was just really hard to communicate, or to get anyone on the phone,” Hakim said, adding that they were concerned about continuing communication issues as The Health Club moved forward. After seeking recommendations from peers and gyms that were similar to their operation, Hakim decided ClubReady was their next step.
