50% Industry Growth Demands Scalable Multi-Location Support

Personal training’s thriving community has seen consistent advancement in recent years, with adults between 20 and 64 years old forming the industry’s largest market. As an increasingly favored means of modern wellness, the PT industry has seen growth of 50% since 2012. Now one of the most popular avenues for building total health available today, PT provides a wealth of options for those interested in scaling up their personal fitness.

From strength training to functional fitness to mind-body integration practices that focus on building proprioceptive awareness, the demand for wellness is higher than ever. Ryan Hayes is one of the leaders of fitness helping meet that demand.

Focused on Fitness, From One Location to the Next

Hayes, the CEO and founder of Redwood Personal Training and partner at Lighthouse Fitness Management and Elevate, needed a software solution to support his personal training business across multiple locations – and that’s when he found ClubReady.

Hayes discovered that ClubReady not only provided needed tools but also created a seamless process for scaling his business – a necessity in the ever-changing world of modern fitness. As personal training’s popularity continues to surge, software must adapt to match the needs of fitness customers while also maintaining reliability for staff.

“Having full trust in your software is a very big deal,” said Hayes. “You know if there was $100,000 in billing, I’m getting a hundred thousand in my bank. When you have that confidence in your software, you’re able to focus on the business instead of worrying about where your money is. I can stay 100% focused on my business.”

Below, Hayes shares more on his partnership with ClubReady and why other fitness business owners should consider it to improve operations.

How has ClubReady benefited you and your clients?

Hayes: It’s created an all-around efficient process for us. I go back to how user-friendly the software is. It tracks everything we need to know as far as sessions, bookings and monthly payments. We’re client-based and do not sell memberships. Therefore, ClubReady has all the tools we need for personal training and it’s set up very well to cover our business’ needs.

Does ClubReady help you scale your business?

Hayes: Absolutely, yes. When we get a new account, it’s up and running right away. It clones one of our existing sites, adds it to the portal and we’re off. It’s pretty seamless.

How would you describe ClubReady customer service?

Hayes: Tremendous. It’s probably unfair, because others just don’t compare in my opinion. I can call somebody, someone answers, and it’s fixed. That’s unheard of. When we have an issue, it’s usually something very urgent. Something happens and we can’t sign up a client in a club and we’re doing a grand opening or just everyday operations. You can lose out on tens of thousands of dollars if that happens. I’ve had that experience with other brands and it’s not like that at all with ClubReady. I can literally pick up the phone, they go in, fix the problem and we’re back in business.

What would you tell someone considering ClubReady?

Hayes: ClubReady is a no-brainer. This is from my 20 years in the business. I don’t ask anybody to do anything that I haven’t done. Speaking truly from my experience, if they’re having club software issues, ClubReady will take care of you.

As modern fitness keeps taking the world by storm, it’s ClubReady’s goal to help owners and operators create a 360° wellness offering that strengthens its community. By nurturing health journeys through powerful offerings like biometric data tracking, personalized communications to engage customers, enhanced reporting, and more, ClubReady helps clubs transform the future of fitness.
